Parcel Opening before payment Policy
To ensure product safety and maintain the quality of our fragile items, opening the parcel before payment is not allowed. Our product are packed securely, and once opened by courier staff or customers, the packaging cannot be properly resealed-often resulting in damange or loss during returns.
If you have any concerns about your order, please record a box opening video as you unseal the parcel. In case the item inside is incorrect or missing, the video will help us quickly verify the issue and process your claim smoothly.
